Your property manager will visit your home on a fortnightly basis or weekly if required for second homeowner insurance compliance, we not only check the integrity of the building for security purposes, but also perform an inspection of the grounds and works undertaken by gardeners etc. Acting as your first response alarm contact in your absence if required.
During our visits, smoke detectors are tested, we also conduct a room-by-room check for any plumbing issues or other interior faults that may require attention or maintenance.
Household plants can be tended to on these visits, or on a more regular basis if preferred. Our postal service ensures any communications that require your attention can be opened, scanned and forwarded to you, alternatively, we can tend to these through our bills payment service too.
Heating systems and boiler servicing can all be scheduled and maintained on your behalf, so you have complete peace of mind that all is in hand.
We do not wish to bother you with every minor issue; therefore, we can cater for most instances with monies held on account and a monthly report of any expenditure involved, always within agreed set limits.
