Welcome Home Service
Your home will be ready and waiting, fully prepared, acclimatised, cleaned, fresh linen and stocked with provisions including a selection of your favourite beverages. All you have to do is arrive and relax.

Meet & Greet Including Transfers
If your second home is to be used by friends or family members, it makes sense to meet guests upon arrival. If there are complicated hot tubs, saunas or high-tech heating systems to master, nothing beats the personal service of your Chicoco property manager to give a personalised tour. Members of your party may wish to travel via plane or rail, if this is the case, we can arrange a collection and transfer by a Chicoco host.

‍Vehicles
If you leave a vehicle in Cornwall, you may want us to trickle charge the battery, run the vehicle periodically, have it serviced, MOT’d and cleaned.

Bills Paid
Many of our clients leave a sum of monies on account for the odd eventuality that arises in your absence. Agreed financial limits are set and a monthly report of any expenditure is submitted.

Christmas Preparation
Cornwall is a wonderful escape for the family at Christmas. We are happy to dress your home in readiness and have a good stock of provisions requested, ready and waiting.
