Key holding, we always retain keys in a secure environment for access and if required to host certified tradesmen. Maintaining standards such as scheduled gardening, window cleaning and all other routine services can all be in hand for you.
It is inevitable properties will encounter the occasional maintenance concern and Chicoco will manage such problems on your behalf. In the event your property gives rise to a maintenance issue, our maintenance team are available on standby to assist. If the problem falls outside a minor issue and we feel it would be necessary for one of our vetted, reputable and trusted tradesmen to attend, primarily we will contact you for further directives and obtain your authorisation.
